Dental bridges in India
Quick answer
A dental bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by attaching false teeth to crowns on the neighbouring teeth. Unlike an implant, it needs no surgery or healing time, so it can usually be finished in one trip of 5 to 7 working days. The trade-off is that healthy neighbouring teeth are trimmed.

At a glance
A conventional bridge uses the teeth either side of the gap as supports (abutments). A Maryland bridge is bonded to the back of neighbouring front teeth with little drilling. An implant bridge rests on implants rather than natural teeth.
Bridges suit people who want a fixed tooth quickly, cannot have implant surgery, or have neighbouring teeth that already need crowns.
How this approach differs
Allow 5 to 7 working days for preparation, laboratory work and fitting. Ask for a try-in before cementation so you can check shade and bite. Clean under the false tooth daily with floss threaders or interdental brushes. If a gap has been present for years, ask whether the gum shape needs attention first.
